Blew a tire, took a rim and tire in to have a tire I ordered from them at a GREAT PRICE put on. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Way better than les schwabs!

I came to this shop on short notice after a horrible brake job from a guy doing side jobs off the books at Mcfarlands mobile mechanic. My tire fell off and the brakes were constantly squeaking. The team here got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it properly. Fair pricing, great communication, and honest work. Couldn’t ask for better service — highly recommend!

I was on a road trip home from the Oregon coast with over 150 miles still to go to get home when my car developed a loud screeching from the front wheel. I made it into Salem but didn’t feel comfortable continuing into the mountains on the way home without at least diagnosing the issue. Three other shops declined to look at it, but Cascade was willing to take the time to check it out. It turned out to be a freak issue with rather than a serious mechanical problem, and I was able to make it home safely. I really appreciate their integrity and willingness to help when it mattered most. They were honest, straightforward, and incredibly generous with their help. Highly recommend.
